            Transfer Students

            Transfer Student Boylan welcomes students in grades 9-11 who are currently enrolled in an accredited secondary program to transfer to Boylan, provided they are in good academic and disciplinary standing. Twelfth-grade students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

            Steps to Transfer to Boylan

            3. Once approved, fill out new student online enrollment forms
            4. Once online forms are completed, schedule a registration appointment with Enrollment Director, Emily Schubert.

            Physical Examination

            In compliance with Illinois state law, a physical examination must be on record before entrance into ninth grade. Transfer students must also have a physical examination on record. These records must include an update of all immunizations.
